Why We Built Zenya Connect

The temporary housing industry has long been fragmented with disconnected systems, manual processes and too many emails and phone calls. As a technology provider specializing in temporary furnished corporate housing, we knew there had to be a better way.

The inspiration for Zenya Connect came from our own experiences building and running a corporate housing company and the inefficiencies we experienced daily. It also takes into account frustrations that we heard from corporate mobility managers tired of the complexity and layered costs involved in temporary housing and multifamily property managers who believed that temporary housing programs weren’t worth the trouble.

To execute on our vision, we acquired Zenya, a best-of-breed technology provider in the temporary housing and hospitality space.
