How do I sign up for Zenya Connect and what is required?

Only a minimal amount of information is required and can be provided online in minutes. Our system connects to a business database to verify the information. In some cases, additional data may be required. Once that is verified, your account will be activated and you can begin searching and booking.

Can individuals sign up or just businesses?

Zenya Connect is a B2B Marketplace designed for companies, not consumers. Employees of enrolled companies or policy holders displaced by insured events can use the Marketplace if they are given access by their pre-approved companies.

Is there an annual fee or sign-up subscription?

There are no subscription fees, setup or onboarding fees, customization fees, or support and maintenance fees. Fees are charged only when transactions are executed on the platform.

What does it cost to book an extended stay using Zenya Connect?

It varies based on the market, property, size of the unit and other factors. However, the apartment rent and cost of furniture and other services are displayed on our platform, depending on your selections and requirements. In general, our costs are substantially lower than the historical cost of temporary furnished housing stays due to the elimination of fees from middlemen and the ability to make price/quality tradeoffs with access to a broad supply of properties and vendors to choose from.

How will I be billed?

You will receive a single consolidated monthly invoice covering all services (apartment rent, furniture rent, housekeeping, utilities, etc.)

What other services can I shop for and set up on Zenya Connect?

Initially, the scope of services available for purchase will be limited to apartment and furniture rental, housekeeping, utilities, concierge services, insurance and inspections. Over time, we intend to add additional services (e.g., offsite gym memberships, etc.)

Can my relocation company use Zenya Connect?

Yes, relocation management companies and corporate housing companies can use Zenya Connect to source apartments and services.

Unlike other marketplaces, our platform enables companies to deal directly with large multifamily (and eventually single-family rental) management companies. We also provide AI-assisted and API-supported access to a broad selection of properties so you can zero in on the option that best meets your needs at the lowest price.

How does my staff interface with Zenya Connect?

You will have a dashboard that provides everything you need to know about your activity on the Zenya Connect platform. Qualified leads from Zenya Connect will be delivered to your PMS via API. You can discuss any issues that arise by contacting your Customer Success Representative directly by phone or email., or by using our chat feature.

How do I sign up for Zenya Connect and what is required?

You will need to provide information about your company to enable us to perform a background check.  The whole process can be completed online in minutes. Once that is completed, our Customer Success team will be able to onboard your units and pricing information. On an ongoing basis, you can also upload or delete units directly from most major property management systems, like Yardi. Qualified leads will be presented to you directly via API.

Our AI technology will assure an accurate presentation of your units and help business clients find your available apartments.

Is there a minimum and/or maximum number of units I can list?

You have total control over the properties and units available on our platform. Once you are live, you can add or remove properties and units as you see fit.

How does the booking and payment system work?

Bookings through the platform are delivered as qualified leads via the API connecting to your PMS. You have the option to approve or reject the lead. Zenya Connect will facilitate all payments. Rent will be collected from the tenant via auto-ACH charge to a bank or a charge to their designated credit card. Funds will be deposited into a STRIPE account registered in your company’s name. The rent amount will be disbursed from your STRIPE account to your bank account via ACH on the due date.

How do you vet guests?

We coordinate with the guest to provide all personal information required for the background check directly to the property’s background check vendor.

Can we reject marginal guests?

The decision to accept or reject a guest rests with the property manager.

Can we reject sub-par furniture or service providers?

Furniture vendors and providers of adjacent services will be fully vetted by Zenya Connect before they can offer their services on our platform. However, we will accommodate services vendors that are mandated by the property manager.

Who determines the rent?

You, as the property manager, set the rent.

How will I be paid and who guarantees it?

Zenya Connect will facilitate the collection of rents from the tenants and the payment of rent to your company. However, the business tenant is the lessee and bears responsibility for paying the rent. Zenya Connect provides credit enhancement by obtaining pre-authorization from the business tenant to withdraw rent and services payments directly from their bank account or via auto debit to their credit card. Collections are deposited into a STRIPE account in your company’s name that can only be used to make payments to your company’s bank account.

Zenya Connect provides credit enhancement by obtaining pre-authorization from the tenant to withdraw rent and services payments directly from their bank account or via auto debit to their credit card. Collections are deposited into a STRIPE account in your company’s name that can only be used to make payments to your company’s bank account.
